Nites Studios ("we," "our," or "us") provides the Nites EduPortal mobile application as a Free educational management service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

To provide a functioning educational ecosystem, we collect the following Personally Identifiable Information (PII) strictly for operational use:

  • • Academic Grades, Class Assignments, and Attendance Records
  • • Encrypted Session Data (to maintain secure logins)
  • • Device IDs (strictly for routing Firebase Cloud Messaging push notifications)

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • • Authenticate users via our secure Session Manager.
  • • Display relevant academic progress, homework, and class rankings.

  • • Ensure strict multi-tenant data isolation between different schools.

3. Data Security & Storage

We employ enterprise-grade security. All data is hosted on Google Firebase Cloud Firestore. We utilize a "Multi-Tenant Master Tag" architecture, ensuring that data from one school is cryptographically invisible and inaccessible to any other school. Our Firebase security rules strictly prohibit unauthorized read/write access or data deletion.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your data. We utilize the following trusted third-party services to operate the app:
